The product image shows a brass sleeve on the wiper arm where it connects to shaft. The arm they sent me was cast aluminum only. This was a deciding factor for me, but in the end, I could not remove the old arm even with a small puller. The blade arm was a perfect fit on the OEM arm, so i just replaced that part only. The assembly was an exact match to the OEM for my model.

They took my 2017 Jeep Renegade Limited perfectly with the adapter provided. Once I installed them I tried them out and they wipe like a dream with no noise whatsoever. Time will tell how long they last like that but at this price point, and with the extra wiper refills, it's a no-brainer to buy these!
