Our 3-month old TI-84 Plus CE was in a loop and would not turn on. Could not find a genuine TI battery so this was the next best thing. Glad we made this purchase as the calculator booted up immediately. This saved us $120! Definitely give this battery a try if you have the same problem.

This battery for calculator stopped charging in 3 months or so and warranty is only 30 days. My son had SAT exam and had to rush to find new calculator. I would not buy or buy few as disposable/backup batteries since not reliable.

If your it-84 plus ce is in a boot loop and or doesn’t turn on and stay on than yes this battery will save you.
