Easy to use, the hook end and lower control arm cooperate with each other, and the hole end is firmly connected to the pry bar, providing a safe and stable connection. It contains two parts, which can be used individually or together.
The hole is suitable for any pry bar with a diameter of 7/8 inches.
Made of carbon steel, it has excellent load-bearing capacity and is not easily bent or broken in high-strength working environments. The surface is treated with oxidation to extend its service life.

I've been a mechanic for 37 years and wish I had one of these 35 years ago. It works exactly as described and makes control arm work a breeze. This most simple tool shocked me with the efficiency and ease of the work. I would recommend this tool for EVERY mechanic.

So many uses. So far I used to get a pry bar on a lower control arm and pull it down after ball joint separation. Worked like a charm and I got the leverage I needed

For some odd reason, I didn't realize this tool was the size it is. It's a good heavy rod material that should do the task for which it was intended satisfactorily. For me, it's ball joints on my Subaru. I think it'll be a valuable "special tool" in my collection.

Product arrive quickly. In removing lower control arm, this tool might be needed if bushings or ball joints are damaged or stuck. Got this for this purpose but did not end up needing to use the tool. Control arm and ball joint came right off during disassembly. Unique shape and design allows leverage on the control arm and suspension parts to aid in removal. Good price for the tool. I would recommend to have one around just in case it is needed.
