Giving 5 stars; as I think this is a decent product for the price. My husband needed a new notebook/folder case for a business trip. It was a last minute order and I wasn't sure what to expect. I wanted something that "looked" like leather; as his laptop bag is actual real brown leather. However, I didn't have time to research/read reviews on actual real leather pieces. It looks nice in person and does not look "cheap". It is a sturdy product, well made, the zippers and folders are reliable. It looks professional & expensive in my opinion. Would order again; if needed.

I was hesitant to purchase a Chinese made product but took the leap of faith considering the reviews. I received the portfolio and first noticed the high quality packaging materials. Everything was placed with intent, everything fit snug within the product and packaging, giving it a tight, professional feel. Sort of when you feel the difference in the interior of a luxory car vs a standard car. The portfolio itself is very soft on the exterior and came damage free (Thanks to the packaging). When i opened the portfolio I was hit with a hard chemical odor that made me flash back to videos of sweat shops, pollution and improper toxic chemical use in China. After a few seconds the smell either dissipated or i got used to it. The literature inside was notibly high quality. It was very evident the product was Chinese as there was consistent grammer misuse throughout. The interior was also soft. I didnt like the zippers very much. They do the job but they feel a little cheap. I feel like i have to baby them or else they're either going to get perma-stuck on a thread or break all together. Other than that seems like an Ok product! Lol

Speedy delivery. Product is as advertised. Nice looking, serviceable, and looks fairly durable. Slim and comfortable to carry with retractable handle and compact size. Compartments for papers, cards, small laptop or iPad, three pen holders. Also has a small, removable three-ring binder. I like that it is removable for flexibility in use. Comes with a full size pad of paper, and you can still fit in an additional booklet or materials. I like that it doesn't have a big, loud logo. Just has a small imprinted logo in the bottom corner that is the same color as the pad folio.

I purchased this binder for work not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package. The pleather feels very similar to calfskin and does not have the sickly sweet smell some imitation leathers have. The stain is lighter than it appears in the pictures but I like that. It is also perfectly sized for a legal pad and iPad Pro or possibly a 13in laptop. Plenty of storage for notecards, business card or what have you. My only issue is that the zippers seem a bit cheap but zips together smoothly. I can’t comment on durability as I received it recently but I have high hopes. Finally as it’s not too expensive I’m sure it’s value will exceed the cost. Definitely recommend if you need a new binder!Ps I saw in other reviews that some said the pen holder was too tight. As that may be true for pens with large grips like most pilot g series pens I prefer a slim ballpoint pen so it’s perfect. In summation it will most certainly fit a standard bic ballpoint but not something like the pilot g7.
