The jumpers are good quality. A few have bent ends that broke off when bent to the proper angle. The major con about this product is that the container doesn't have enough compartments to separate all of the different sizes into individual compartments.

This is a great set of breadboard jumper wires for hobby electronics projects. These are so much easier than trying to find wires the right size or cut random wires to use. These are already made in specific lengths and have 90 degree angles perfect for installing on a breadboard it makes laying out a project so much neater and easier. This kit has 840 wires in 14 different sizes from very very small to pretty wide. Considering I only use a few with each project and usually only do prototyping on a breadboard these will last me forever.

The wire is shiny silvery color. It turns dull in a flame. I don't see any copper color when cut or scraped. It seems to fatigue and break pretty quick when bent back and forth, so I'm leaning towards aluminum.The box comes with sticker labels inside and out. Very handy to always see what is available. The images on the labels are not to scale, but the written measurements are correct.Wires look all well formed and cut. They are solid core wire. The box is a little cramped for the larger sizes, and each compartment holds two different sizes.Insulation seems like PVC. Colors are all bright. The colors are re-used for one other size.I counted two of the sizes, and they were both exactly 60 pieces.A pair of little black metal tweezers are included.
