This was a good option for a replacement parking brake lever for my 2013 X3 35i. It has a similar weight and feel to the original and snaps easily into place. It also lets light from the red LED through. Total job takes about 2 minutes :)At first, I was concerned that the piece is painted plastic. When you flip it over, you actually see white plastic and masked areas that aren't painted black. However, the OEM part (once you remove) actually looks the same so that's probably normal. I was expecting fully black plastic.

This little cover does exactly what it's supposed to - it spruces up that worn-out parking brake button that's probably seen better days.
