Cut to the chase: the XAegis M-LOK Bipod is a pretty good bench shooting bipod. It has 5-section horizontal pivot to angle the legs forward or behind the attachment point, or fold it flush with your handguard, getting it completely out of the way. It also has quick-adjust 5-section pull out for each leg, independently adjusted, so if your shooting position platform is lopsided, this accommodates that. That being said, it does not have fine adjustment if you want it to be perfectly leveled on uneven surfaces. If that's the case, you can always fold and flush the bipod and use a shooting bag/hand.I installed it on an AR15, and fired off about 200 rounds of 55 grain 223. The bipod did its job very well. It's light weight enough to not feel any hinderance, and stable enough to not wiggle around when you are holding still for the shot. For the price, this is an excellent bipod for the range sessions. It's probably not meant for fast no-drag operators operating quickly against multiple targets with ever-changing and uneven surfaces. But if your goal is bench and range shooting, this bipod gets the job done for a very reasonably price.

Yes the legs when fully extended are wobbly but once in position and weight of the weapon is pushing downward it is stable. Shown mounted on a Remington 700 with Magpul stock. Using the M-Lok slots on side of the stock keeps bottom clear to rest on sand bags etc. Looks cool. No springs and wires hanging like on a Harris BP.

Alright so here is what you need to know about this product. I’d like to start off that i am an airsofter and an outdoorsy kinda guy and I frequent the range. this product in design is solid for Airsoft hands down as it currently sits on my Svd Bullpup and doesn’t budge nor does it add a lot of weight to the replica it is definitely a sturdy attachment for those that are long gun enthusiasts. Outta the box you get the Bipod wrapped in plastic sleeves and the hardware to install it. Installation was fairly simple and took only a few minutes to place on the M-Lok rail system. (15 min install)Legs are not spring activated for deployment(gravity fed) so manual adjustments have to be made. Overall stability once attached to the frame is solid no wobble at all from Frame to accessory. Legs have five positions that they can be angled making it ideal for either quick on the fly usage or using it to make fine adjustments at a range. Height adjustments are a four point system. Overall structural integrity of the adjustable legs are a bit inconvenient as the legs may fall out of the housing but are easily reintegrated if that issue arises. I’d prefer having a rubber boot on the base of the legs but the boots on it have adequate grip on rough surfaces.Overalit does not add much weight to the firearm due to the material used for it and is extremely durable. When in a shooters position adjustments can be easily made.Pros -LightweightMulti position makes it nice for fine adjustments to any shooters preferencePrice is fairCons - legs have a possibility of falling outInstallation can be trickyKinda wish it came in tanBoots have little grip on smooth surfacesI can honestly say that the product is functional and fairly durableDuring field testing the overall modularity for on the fly shooting was a nice touch and being able to easily re position the legs to parallel the frame was a major bonus for me. It was amazingly easy to reposition when new targets were acquired and did not sacrifice any during a drag test of 50ft.

While the pictured item is the actual representation of what you will receive. It’s out far enough to not pick up on some key things. First off, the “textured feet†it mentions multiple times are just plastic caps, they slide around on nearly every surface. The “machine grade aluminum†is just aluminum, one of the locking set screws were already stripped when I removed it from the packaging. Now the entire right side wobbles. The push button extensions feel cheap and may or may not engage. The forward/reverse button engagements do feel sturdy, and activate/lock in position consistently. All in all if you need a bipod for the range this weekend, this will probably suffice. I won’t be using this to actually hunt with though.

these are very sleek, easy to use and decently sturdyonly small issue I had is that I wish the feet where a hardened rubber or something with a little more grip for slick surfaces but that's just my personal preference. I can likely find/replace/cover the feet with with a small rubber wrap or something. but other than that they look good. have yet to see how they hold up with shooting for a day but will find out.

When I first got it, it worked perfectly and looked awesome. After a few trips to the range, it lost the pins that hold the locking mechanism for the legs so the locks fell off.. Now, I could understand it happening if I had this on something like a 30-06 or 45-70 because something that is at an affordable price probably won't hold up to crazy recoil. This was on a .22lr. Take that how you will. It still works okay at the lowest setting, but can no longer adjust it and the legs are floppy.

Works well and would have been better if the individual legs could have been screw adjusted to allow for uneven surfaces. Other than that I am very happy with it.

Aluminum is super soft, threading on set screws is garbage, they can't be adjusted for tightness due to crap metal. Once they loosen up and start wobbling, there's no way to fix them, it'll just get worse and worse. They also wear like crazy, a few turns and I've got bare metal showing where they pivot.Don't buy unless you really need a super cheap bipod...UPDATED -> it lasted about a week. total trash. The notches are super cheap aluminum that the arms will strip

I highly recommend not to buy this. It's extremely sloppy, very cheaply made.
