False advertising! Duplex scanning is NOT available in the app or on a Windows computer for this scanner. I wasted an hour with Xerox chat support trying to troubleshoot, and they couldn’t resolve anything. What an absolute waste of my time. If you need duplex scanning, do NOT buy this scanner.The print quality is mediocre at best, and the setup process is bizarre—it has to be done through an app on your phone, not on Windows. Overall, this product is a disappointment. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

It’s not a large-scale, $10k, commercial print station. Great little printer/scanner for home office for under $200. Does print a bit light but more than functional. You do need to download the free Xerox software for best scanner results. AirPrint works great - does not route your documents through a cloud server like the newer printers form another major manufacturer. Toner and parts appear lower cost when purchased directly via Xerox application (or at least its better explained as to what you are purchasing).

I have to laugh at my ignorance about adjusting the back of the paper tray to make the paper fit. Once I figured that out, I have become 100% satisfied with this printer.all the parts run smoothly, printed envelopes & ran checks like a dream. Fast & easy install as well.

I have never been so disappointed. Xerox is not the same quality as it used to be. The print quality is terrible. I wish i had returned it before the end of 30 days. Do not buy!

Connected to my Linux box. Printer connected automatically. Nothing on the scanner. Tried to contact support, but you need to register first and you need the serial # to do that. Web site says it is on the back of the printer. It isn't. When I finally got to talk to a human, she didn't know were it was either. Took 3 more people to finally tell me it is on a tiny label about the paper tray, inside the printer. OK, on to the next problem. The person who knew where the serial 3 was wasn't tech support, so on to person #5. She didn't know what Linux was or even how to spell it. Person #6 only sent me an email with a link to a supposed solution to the problem. Didn't work. Person then told me I would get a call back with 24 hours from someone who could help. 2 days later, nothing. Found a solution, I bought ($49.95) a program called Viewscan, it found the scanner in seconds and for the price it allows me to install on 4 computers.

Pretty good printer for the price. Print quality is excellent. Wi-Fi setup and installation was simple and Windows recognized it immediately without a hassle. I would strongly recommend going to the Xerox product page and downloading all the updated software for it. Scanning was very easy but I just wish that it could scan two sided sheets. It does have a batch scanning setting, so that helps. Toner life is pretty bad. I haven't printed that much and the app says that it's low on toner. It does have different quality settings that may extend toner life.

Professional quality printer, copier, scanner affordable for home office.Print quality is good, as is scan quality.Only limitation vs a Canon it replaced, you can't scan 2 sided documents in the automatic document feeder.Scanning is available either one page on glass or in bulk with document feeder but doc feeder handles only 1 sided pages. Can print 2 sided no problem, just can't scan 2 sided. Otherwise just as good as a much larger and more expensive Canon it has replaced.

Cette imprimante correspond a mes besoins. J'avais pris la peine de vérifier ce qu'il y avait sur le marché selon mes spécifications et je me suis arrêté sur 2 choix après les reviews sur PC World et Tom's guide: La B225 de Xérox et la Brother DCP-L2640DW. Les deux sont similaires et dans la même échelle de prix pour ces imprimantes et les cartouches de toner. Je suis allé vers Xérox pour la réputation. Très simple a installer. Répond très bien avec le Wi-Fi ou Ethernet 10 base 100. Impression très rapide. Numérisation un petit peu plus lent que les imprimantes que j'ai eu dans le passé (Lexmark et Canon). Pour la durabilité et la fiabilité, l'avenir me le dira mais pour 244$, il ne faut pas s'attendre a des miracles mais je m'attends a une durée de vie de 5 ans. A suivre.

Printing and copying is great. The scan feature is lacking. You can not operate scan from the machine; you must use computer interface and the scanning is slow.
