I took a chance on this product because the price was good and it was available for same day delivery and I could not wait for my normal supplier to ship my usual brand. Three rolls of this tape cost as much as one roll of my usual stuff and I have to say that I may not go back to my old tape. This one is not a paper-based tape like traditional double-sided template tape, this is more like double sided athletic tape. It uses a woven core material that makes removal of the tape easier than anything I have ever used in the past. The top-side adhesive cover is very easy to remove and the tape itself is easy to cut to size similar to paper tape. The adhesive is strong and the tape is no thicker than traditional template tape and holds the work pieces firmly in place with zero movement.If you are looking for an affordable alternative to traditional double sided template tape or you just want to try something new I would highly recommend this product!

I have used a larger size tape on my CNC (woodworking) and have had excellent results. However, I am now doing smaller print jobs and the larger tape was a little too sticky. I decided to use the XFasten1 inch size - perfect for the smaller cuts. It works perfectly - good adhesion but easy to peal off. For CNC it is perfect. Highly recommend.

Have only tried this tape once, but it seemed to perform quite well. Good adherence on both sides of the tape, but the tape releases (with some effort) and does not leave any marks or adhesive residue.

Man.... this stuff ! Pretty good D.S. TapeNever had it, never used it of any kind.Thought I would finally give it a go.Gees.... what I've been missing out on all these yrs.. So far this has helped me in the Garage/shop on several things like making jigs to just having a "3rd" hand to hold something while I drill or saw, sand, paint or whatever ?And taking it off, so far I don't see or feel any left over residue. Just peel off or lately I've been able to roll up the piece I'm throwing away, once I'm done,It's strong, it hasn't broken apart on me just roll up, take it off, and no residue....On YouTube I have heard/seen people talk about different D.S. Tape and the thickness. I don't know how to comparethis to others, cause I have never used others. Only that it's easy to use, it sticks very well, and for me, so far I'm not seeing residue left behind....

Ok this tape is no joke! It’s very strong & can be used for so much. I ordered it to use in my wood shop & love it. Also used it to attach a piece of wood to some flooring to knock it in place & it worked so well. Will definitely keep a supply of this on hand.

For woodworking this is THE Best tape I've found for temporarily securing wood for routing, drilling etc. It's easy to peel off strip to reveal the 2nd side of adhesive, which was a pain with others I've tried. Just the right amount of hold, but will release with deliberate effort. And as advertised, leaves no residue when removed. 10 out of 10.

Double-sided tape comes in various thicknesses. For most woodworking applications (temporary hold for templates, holding in place for screws or glue drying), I prefer thinner tapes, which is exact what this is. The price is outstanding compared to "specialty" woodworking vendors such as Woodcraft, which offers same basic product for outrageously higher price.

This stuff is DA BOMB for template routing jobs. Goes on easy, sticks well (so well I need to keep a pry bar near the router table), and once you get the template unstuck a bit, comes off pretty easily. Good size, too, plus the removable backing makes it easy to put on without fear of sticking to something until you're ready to apply the template.

I saw this on YouTube (but only from one creator)It is perfect really. Sticks to wood and melanine and everything else. It does not break so you can remove all of it at once and it leaves nothing behing. What more would you want 😜

La mission principale est accomplie : double face sans résidu de colle au retrait, même des mois plus tard.L'adhésion reste pourtant bonne et tient bien, belle prouesse !Par contre, c'est un support "textile" on dirait et donc pas franchement neutre en épaisseur. Je m'attendait à quelque chose proche de l'épaisseur d'un scotch simple face, or c'est beaucoup plus épais. Je dirais bien 0.5mm. Forcément, ca pose certaines limites d'utilisation, ce que d'autre double face papier n'ont pas.
