These fasteners are easy to use. Just peel off the sticker and adhere to your chart or whatever you need it for. We use it for our medical chart. These fasteners are easy to place but more importantly they stay and hold the paper securely.

Our office still works with paper charts and files. We use these fasteners in all of our charts. The adhesion of the fasteners is great. They really stick to the folders. But the fastener itself makes it difficult to quickly put papers through them. They are not made with a very sturdy material and bend like crazy. It takes more time to put papers through them. I don't see myself getting these again just for that reason.
