4 stars because cast base is fairly thin. The area where the bolts go thru is a shell instead of solid. In my opinion this should at least be thicker. But that's just me. They are working so I'll just have to see how they last.

A 3/4 inch SS axle rod will not go into these bearings. They are smaller and the axle cannot be inserted (or driven) into them.
