Take your time installing. Let it flatting out in sun for a day. Carefully line up the screw holes and it goes down easy. Good looking alternative to a spray in.

the attaching adhesive does not work it is now laying in the bed of the truck. Ive EM the for help no re response , yes black trim adhesive will do the job but not what i though i was getting

Love it, no install instructions. I set it out in the sun to level it out. drilled holes in center of each point that had a corresponding bolt. started in the middle of the tailgate installing bolts, then pulled two sided tape backing. then rerepeated process on the two tie downs left and right. last thing i did was remove the bottom as your looking at it two sided tape fit was really good I'm happy with it at this point.

You get what you pay for here folks. The product arrives folded up and is very creased. There are some extremely wimpy adhesive strips on the tailgate rubber portion that do absolutely nothing except collect dirt and grime, and do not hold the tail gate cover in place. Extremely cheap, would not recommend spending your money on this.

This tailgate mat was shipped rolled up in a small box. I had to stretch it out on the floor and hold it down with a couple of large coffee table books. Take note that it is intended to be screwed to the tailgate with the screws already resident in the tailgate. However, there are no holes. You have to make them yourself, and although recesses matching the screw location recesses stamped into the tailgate are present, they don't fit perfectly . The result is that it's a near impossibility to get this thing to lie flat. If you buy one you may want to roll it out on your tailgate in the direct sun and let it soak up some rays for a few hours. In summary, for 65 bucks I expected better. A more precise fit and pre-drilled holes would have earned a five. As it is the four I gave it may be a bit of a gift.
