My husband and I are working on music for our new duo, Strange Bedfellows, and love the way this works as a music stand without hogging the space a real music stand takes up. It sits on the coffee table, holding our notebook of songs, tilted for good visibility. This is much better than staring down at flat lyrics while trying to sing and play guitars.I've also found it useful when I'm trying to refer to hard copy material as I type on my computer.The piece is affordable, totally functional, sturdy, and nice looking enough that I can leave it out between uses. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Sleek, sturdy, and the page holders are thin so they don't obstruct print on pages. Looks beautiful! And when I leave it on my counter, opened to a fun, new, delicious recipe it causes me to plan better and prepare more new and exciting dishes. Love it!

As a member of a book discussion group, I have to read a long book every month. It's so much easier to place the book in the stand and read without having to hold it all the time. That can become tiring. This quality book holder is well made and has a unique design cut into it. It enhances any desk. There are three sizes available so make sure you buy one that fits your needs. I believe I bought the middle sized one that seems to be perfect for most books. And finally, it's not too expensive.

This stand is well made and is large enough to have a book open or 2 8x11 1/2 documents side by side. It is pretty and uncomplicated.

I bought the XL Large Size Bamboo Book Stand because I am researching from different books and like taking notes on my computer while reading. It holds regular reading books well - holding the book and the pages themselves. Textbooks would very much have a limit - I have an 800-page textbook that it can hold, but it seemed iffy on holding back 440 pages on one side, probably because of the wood holding the bottom being only an inch or so (a few centimeters) which causes the page clips to not be able to hold as much of the book. A trade-off for being able to hold regular-sized books, I guess. I like that there is rubber on the page clips so I don't have to worry about ruining the pages. I'm careful about my books and am glad I won't be ruining the spine (by not opening up the book all the way / laying it flat) or the pages with this. The design's pretty neat, though I will say that the edges are sharp, both in the overall stand and the design. Some sanding would do it some good. It doesn't fold super small (just to the size of the main board), but it does store flat. I think I'll be using it a lot, just not for my bigger textbooks.

This book stand is quite nice. It is very pretty and seems to be well made. It is not heavy and only a tiny bit bulky if you are moving it around a lot. The clips are strong enough to hold open my books and are easy to use while turning the page. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Initially I ordered the 13.2 inch...however once I received it I realized that I could have gotten the largest one at 15.4 inches. I was concerned that it would be too heavy for me to lift, however it is actually very light. The wood is very smooth and the decorative cutouts are beautiful. The metal page holders were a nice touch and I like how easy it is to set the angle at different heights.

I bought two (2) of these. You won't be disappointed.Made strong, handles my large Bible with ease, I bought the bigger stands which hold a very large book. Has different reading positions which is great. I bought the one as a Gift and they just loved it. It's great as a gift, because most people do without.

To hold a cirloc bound book of over 400 pages. When open the book itself measures 20 inches across.It’s on the stand is very attractive, but sturdy enough to firmly hold my large book. I can also set it in many different levels of comfort for reading purposes.

Really looks nice and is very well built and sturdy. It suits its purpose beautifully. I broke my wrist over a year ago and am now not able to hold a book with it for very long. This piece looks so great that I just leave it out on the table and sit down to read my bible whenever I feel like it!

I am learning how to play my husband's guitar and needed a stand my music books.Made of beautiful sturdy bamboo that is carved into a lovely design. The stand sits nicely on a side table, saving space. There are 2 sturdy metal clips in the front on the bottom edge that swing upward to hold your sheet or music book in place securely. The back of the stand has an adjustable wooden piece that smoothly folds down to secure a metal holder to whatever position you desire. I really appreciate the quality, design, sturdiness, compactness, and price of this design. Highly recommend!

Ein massiver Buchständer aus Bambus-Holz. Sehr feine Sägearbeiten im sichtbaren Holzteil.Das Ganze ist mehrfach verstellbar. Die Halterung verspricht effektiven Halt in jeder Position. Die vorderen Andrückfühler halten die Buchseiten prima zurück. Natürlich ist diese Buchstütze auch für Handy und Laptop geeignet.Preis ist gut, Lieferzeit war es auch.Alles in allem: ein guter Kauf.
