The XLERATOR XL-GR 5.5 amp, 277V automatic hand dryer has a one-piece graphite cover, and uses a high-velocity air stream and contoured nozzle to dry hands in an average of 10-15 seconds. An automatic infrared optical start/stop sensor runs the dryer for 35 seconds or until hands are removed from under the sensor. This surface-mounted, hard-wired hand dryer meets several GreenSpec standards, is certified by Greener Product LLC, endorsed by the Green Restaurant Association, and earns Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) credits with the Green Building Certification Institute. It has a five-year warranty covering factory performed labor and repair or exchange of defective parts (at the manufacturer’s option). The hand dryer measures 12-11/16 x 11-3/4 x 6-11/16 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.)

I purchased this dryer for my business. I have a car repair facility and this was put in the work area for the tech's to use after washing their hands. We were going through cases of paper towels, the cloth towel dryer didn't work well for us, so we decided to make the switch to air drying. This dryer work great! The noise level is high, but I think that is to be expected for the air force that is generated.

The units (2) were easy to install. The company also provided next level customer service when we encountered a small issue. The units also allow for adjustments to noise level, temperature setting, and nozzle direction and velocity. Great product!

Unit was easy to install. We ran the wiring inside the wall but there is an knockout option to run exterior electrical as well. The amp draw is low for a heated unit and it actually drys hands in 15 seconds (no additional wipinig necessary). We also like the Dysan model but could not justify the additional expense.

Don't waste your money on it. Unless you like to ultimately wipe your hands on your pants because it just doesn't dry your hands.

I now have 4 of these and they all work great, it is a well made, quality hand dryer. I will be replacing my other hand dryers as they fail with these
