Normally I wouldn’t leave a review, never had time, but got this pump today and OMG it worked better then I thought, tested it out and pumped the water out in seconds, not hours like my old one. Glad I upgraded the horse power. Would recommend it for those who have basements that flood

This was used in a pit in my backyard that in a heavy rain will flood. This works excellent this is the only type of bulb for turning on and off that you want the other type that has the float on a large hose are worthless. This is a good one after trying two others that I have to send back because they didn't do a very good job they are basically defective go with this one

When my sump pump died I replaced it with this guy… it took about 45 minutes to remove the old one and connect this one to the piping. It has been working great so far and I much prefer the raised intake arrangement on this to the “underneath†style intake of the old unit as the extra inch or two of height gives the silt a chance to settle instead of clogging the intake.

The water table under my farmhouse is pretty high, and a heavy rain causes water to start coming in. I have dual sump pumps which can handle it, but the pumps get a pretty good workout due to the sheer volume. I had one quit, so I thought I would replace it with this one. Excellent choice. This pump is well made out of good quality materials. Fit and finish are excellent. Standard 1 1/2 inch output. Integrated float switch. I like that the intake isn't at the very bottom, which helps keep trash out of the pump. Long cord. Works very well. Highly recommend. 5 stars.
