These are basic slipper socks that work if you have concerns about slipping. They are not overly thick, so I wouldn't buy these if I was seeking serious warmth, but they will keep your feet comfortable in normal circumstances. These are not ultra-wide, so if you are looking for socks for people whose feet and calves swell, I would not recommend these as the tops of the socks won't stretch enough to accommodate swelling. I bought these for my father who has moderate swelling problems and he can't wear them (The Pillow Paw bariatric socks work for him.) However, I gave these socks to a friend who has slick hardwood floors and he is very happy with them. Also, my friend has big feet and these fit him lengthwise.

Mother was in hospice care at home and she loved these socks and so did we. Walking in a walker is safer. Went up higher on the leg and warm. She loved looking down and seeing that happy face.

These socks are advertised as 2XL, and perhaps they are lengthwise. But they are so narrow that most of the time, I found that several inches of their length were located above my toes, flapping on the floor, because they were too narrow to fit over my foot.

Use to love them. Running small these days. Please look at your production specs. Sad they are running smaller than before. :(

Decent quality. Grip on both sides. They run small. The XXL are a little snug on a person who should be in a XL according to the size chart.

Love the neutral grey color. I had gotten a pair while in hospital. I wore them so much at home that I wore a hole in the bottom. So excited to find them on Amazon! I got 2 pair. Keep my feet warm at night as well.

My husband has ALS and he is on hospice. His feet are tender and a little swollen. He wears the hospital socks that say medium and some say large and some are X large. They are all fitting him well. I ordered these XX large to be sure they would not hurt or squeeze his feet. They are much too small. Very narrow and I had to remove the first pair immediately after trying them on him.This is wrong to sell us something that is not true to size.
