Was pretty simple to setup, it fits underneath my seat and provides good sounding bass.

The unit still gets power, but produces no sound. Changed how it is wired. Changed the wires them selves. Does not function. Good for a proof of concept but spend the money and get one that will last more than 5 months.

I’m pretty impressed with the sound and quality of this “cheap” sub unit. First impression was that it was way to loud and hitting too hard. I quickly realized all of the adjustment knobs on the back were turned all the way to max. Once adjusted the sound was much better and actually really pretty good considering this is a sub for less than $100. It far exceeded my expectations at that price point. My only concern is that the volume remote doesn’t appear to be working on my unit. I haven’t had time to check it thoroughly yet but so far the remote is useless and thus the 4 star review. I’ll update if I figure it out. The included wiring kit is pretty basic but worked mostly. I needed about two feet more for the control wire and I added a ground wire as the one included is only about 12 inches long. I currently have it under the rear seat of my 07 Dodge ram truck. I had planned to put it under the passenger or driver seat but bolts in my seats prevented it from fitting. I think it probably sounds better under the back seat anyway and probably adds to the sound quality of the sub due to the harmonics of basically having a much larger area that acts like a sub box.

Ive only had it installed for less than a day now but so far I’m pretty impressed. It feels quite sturdy, was super easy to install in my opinion, didn’t run into any issues, and sounds great. Seems like a fair amount of bass but that could be because I went from like literally zero bass to having a little 800w system under my butt. I’m tempted to get a second one and throw it under the passenger seat. Will update once I’ve had more time on it.

Sub blown at 6months. Or it vibrates bad. Worked good for a while. Not trying to abuse it. Never ran volume to point of distortion, or clipping that i could tell . I will admit i probably not had my gains set right. Sub is crap now at this point. Power wire it comes with is rather thin too. Im going to upgrade to something better. I liked how this fitted under my seat. But is pow in short time.

I installed this in my 2011 F150 Super Cab behind the back rear seat . It sounds incredible, I replaced my 4 factory speakers two weeks before getting this amp/sub with Kicker series and knew I was still missing a full deep sound. I have an aftermarket Sony head unit that is nothing special...I think 45 watts per channel x4, but adding this Subwoofer just put my system over the top, it has a great sound you can feel and clear bass and drums in music... The included bass adjustment knob is perfect and I use it all the time when listening to different types of music, not every song needs to hit you in the back of the head with bass, but a touch of that dial and you put it where you want it...very pleased with this unit and recommend to anyone on a budget and wants to put that extra punch into the sound of your existing setup.

Used this in my toy hauler to add some base when camping. Worked perfect and was easy to install. Bumps pretty good Inside the rv. Some songs the bass isn’t as great of quality but I am not here to have a professional sound. I just wanted more bass then my 5 inch speakers could put out. Install was easy. It’s no 1000 watt amp and a 12inch punch but it works for the rv.

Purchased two of these because the first one I got seemed pretty good for the $. As soon as the return date passed on the second the first speaker started to sound like it was blown and then the second one the rca connections went out on them. I tested my smaller amp that I have in the trunk to make sure it wasn't the cables and that worked fine. Swapped out the rca cable and still nothing but a static sound from the second sub still so now it's just junk. I ended up opening both speakers and put the good speaker in the good box with the still working rca connections and it's working now but for how long. These actually sound pretty good when they work but your better off just spending a little more money and getting a better quality setup. You get what you pay for and I learned the hard way here, can't return them now, besides I probably killed the warranty making the fix on the one.

I bought this thing not expecting much. I just wanted some bass because my Suzuki sidekick only has 4" stock speaker sizes for the front and rear. I was very surprised after the installation, which was a breeze, of how good this thing sounds. I put it under the driver's seat and you can feel the kick drum on your butt. I wasn't expecting that at all. I turned the volume way down and it gives me plenty of thump for the rock music I listen to. They include all the installation stuff except for the rca's to get from your sub out from the deck to the sub. I am controlling it with an older pioneer dual din touch screen head unit and it kicks. Great purchase for the money. It also is very sturdily built. The buttons are a bit cheap but once they are set you never need to touch them. You will need a remote cable wired to turn it on. The auto-on only works with speaker level in. I didn't use those features.

I've been using this for almost 2 months now and it still works well. Super easy to install because my car battery is under the back seat. Please note that the driver is only 8" even though it's advertised as 10. If you like heavy bass music like rap and hip hop this is not your unit. The enclosure is not large enough to produce sub bass. It is a sealed enclosure so it has no port or vent. It's good for classic rock , top 40, some electronic music, etc. it is well made and it is reliable. I have bought amps that stop working in a week and subs that blow out in days. Another good thing is the size , you can fit this in many places! The amps power is good. The sound quality is good. It's not great though. Like I said before, it's because it's not sub bass

Lasted couple weeks, cutting in and out now. Returning to try another brand. Worked well at first, added nice bass to factory stereo system.

I'm not an audiophile but I do enjoy adequate clarity and a bit of thump from my music. To give you a benchmark, I find OEM premium audio systems from Acura's and Infiniti's quite acceptable.I used to have a Boss Audio slim subwoofer installed in my leisure driving NA Miata to compliment an Alpine head unit, Pioneer components, and a set of small Kicker speakers installed in the seat headrests. I found the bass from the Boss unit acceptable and after it died I probably would have purchased another if available. I'm glad I took a chance on this off-brand value slim powered sub. Mounted directly behind the driver seat it provides clearer and punchier bass than the Boss one. I find the sub remote volume knob is much finer, allowing better on-the-fly adjustment depending on music type. Set at moderate levels it's got just enough thump to fill out the low-end of my budget audio system without overtly sloppy distortion or clipping. I'm very happy with the initial test run of this powered slim sub and I'm hoping the sound tightens up a bit as the speaker burns in.Added bonuses are that it comes with a short fused power cable, ground, and remote wire (buy a proper sub wiring kit). As well, a high-level input pigtail, and some small mounting brackets. Also in the box was a gigantic wired remote volume knob which I didn't use (reused the small remote from my old Boss sub which was thankfully compatible).Bang for the buck this was exactly what I needed to fill out the sound in the small Miata cabin. Updates to follow.

This thing absolutely bumps if you get all the right tunes. Install was easy just needed to buy a rc cable and ring terminals that don’t come with it.EDIT: it stopped working lasted 5 good months of absolutely bumping it and being a menace to society. Probably blew it but then again if you get this sub I’d recommend getting the warranty so when it does shit out cuz it eventually will you can just get a replacement
