The "pin" of the tie tack is too short, on thicker ties they do not clasp securely and I have had them separate.

These are a little larger than they seem in the pictures which is a good thing. I haven't used them yet but after inspection they seem to be in good working order.

Although this product itself looks nice, I do have a problem with the actual pen that sticks through the tie, it's very blunt and doesn't slide through easily, also, it's very weak and tends to bend easily. Very low quality!!

A tie tack should have the needle part attached to the chain and have the fastener be the independent part; these ones are the other way around and the actual tack is just a regular tack you can buy 50 for a dollar. Also it is too short. The chain feels flimsy and fragile and is too long. Except for the silver colored one, the other 3 are basically the same color. They have already bent.
