Purchased this for my classroom and I love it. I move this around my room all over the place so that it is a part of my teaching in small groups, for student use, etc. The shelf functions well for teacher guides or student needs. Love the fact it is metal because I can also use magnet displays right on the podium giving me another display surface. A little more than I wanted to spend but worth every dime and glad I spent it.

It was fairly easy to assemble; all the parts were there and went together without fuss to create a fairly sturdy whole. The wheels made it easy to shift its position, and it looked plenty professional enough for the somewhat informal conference I needed it for.

I don't understand the complaints about holes lining up or being hard to assemble. This unit took me about 4 minutes to put together and everything lined up perfectly. The only thing I have negative to say is that the included hex wrench was not big enough for the side bolts; it only fit the wheels. I assembled this at work so I had to come back the next day with my own tools to finish it.Its quality is great for the price. Recommended.

I am using this product in a high school classroom. This review is mostly about the build.The included hex wrench does not fit the hex bolts to attach the grill to the legs. It only fits the wheels. Right now I have the bolt hand tightened until I can bring my own tool.The front grill came bent. It’s clearly noticeable.The top shelf was scratched on arrival.

It's a decent little student desk. I rate it lower because it is being marketed as a podium.

I love this thing. For the price it is a no brainer. I could not be happier. We use it in our office for meetings. We also had a church that rented from us, which is why we bought this one. It holds a drink on the shelf perfectly and the finish is really nice.

This is only a lectern/podium for children or tiny adults. I am not tall - a very average 5'6".And, yes, I should've checked dimensions before I bought it. But I didn't. So I will be returning.

I bought this for my classroom. It was worth the money. It’s sturdy and rolls easily. Height was great also.
