Paddle holder was was easy to install with supplied hardware, mounted securely and works as intended. Just what I needed to keep the paddle close at hand but out of the cockpit of the kayak. Highly recommended if you don't have a paddle holder already installed on your boat.

Plastic material is flexible and sturdy. Design holds a standard paddle well. Comes with stainless steel screws and cushion inserts for secure mounting on flat and slightly irregular surfaces. A very worthwhile upgrade for kayaks that don't have a paddle holder.

The paddle clip has good tension with my Werner Kalliste bent shaft normal diameter. I really like the additional bungee for more security. The only issue is the long hole for one of the screws. I placed the screw in the middle and it pulled through on the first use. Make sure to place the screw at one end or the other. I am definitely upset that I had to drill a second hole through my expensive kayak. I get why they designed it this way but it would be much better with just a standard hole.

This is a very nice product. It is reasonably priced, nicely designed, easily installed, and functions well. My only suggestion would be to include slightly longer bolts and appropriate nuts. I did this on my own, and the holder is now solidly installed for the long haul. Such hardware could not possibly cost that much more, and would add little to the price. There would be no more reports of the holder detaching. Still, great product.
