I just received these straps for my Yakima TerraFirma 4 bike rack that I've had for a very long time. The straps are almost exact replicas of the original, minus the 'world' emblem on the original. They are a bit stiffer than the originals, but mine may have stretched during the years of usage. They are also the same thickness. I put them on the rack and they were exactly what I wanted. They lined up and went onto the secure knob perfectly. They did stretch to fit once I put them on the bike. I will order several more now that I have seen the product. I wasn't sure after reading some of the reviews, so I just bought 2. I am pleased with the purchase and they are exactly what I need for my bike rack. In the picture I am sending, the older strap is toward the back and the newer strap is in the front (right of screen).

I had single straps on my rack and one of them gave way, letting my bike hang while I was driving over 60 on a highway. These straps replaced the bad one then I added another backup for security. Work very well.

These seem to be made of a thicker and less flexible rubber, so it's a tougher chore to tie down my bike. Once in place it does keep the bike in place better than the looser older straps.

Got these to replace straps that are worn out on our Yakima rack and these were a perfect fit, have held up well so far. I've come to expect these straps will wear out, break down in sun and probably the cold damp in our garage over winter, so not sure how long these will hold up but for the price they're well worth it and certainly cheaper than a new bike rack.

These do what they are supposed to. I found out I have the older version of a yakima bike rack because it takes these 'world' straps. You know they are the world straps because they have a little picture of a world globe on one of the rubber pieces. The rack I bought used had all its straps deteriorated (I would say from leaving in the sun). These world straps have a larger hole which is needed for the old bike racks like mine. Looks like most other racks including other brands have a smaller hole. I know because I also bought some generic ones and they were too small! I also tried some 'standard' yakima brand and they were too small. So kind of expensive for what they are... but no other choice and I need them in a pinch and Im glad they still make them :)

These straps work for the Super Joe bike rack, but they are not as good as the originals. after many years, the originals wore out, and I replaced them with these. The originals seemed like rubber that had just enough stretch to work well. These seem like some kind of plastic that has a little stretch. It is very difficult to get on the Super Joe bike rack pegs. It would be great if Yakima could provide the original rubber ones again.

Worked perfectly on a used Yakima Roc 4 that we bought on next door. Feel really sturdy. Used them to drive our bikes out to a trail about 30 minutes away and worked like a charm.
