They are small but the lettering and numbers are big enough. The ink really does disappear after a while in and outside the grooves. (Side note: she drew with the pen on a piece of mail and the ink disappeared from that paper as well.) Cute little busy books and the pen grips are helping her establish a good pencil grip. Definitely worth it!

I have 10 kids that we homeschool. Though only 2 are not school age yet, can you imagine how much paper and books we’ve gone through for handwriting practice? We’ve done a chalk board too, but this is nice because it has the indent that they learn to stay within. Disappearing ink for the win.Cons- I’ll need to get more pen inserts. I wish I spent more and got the bigger size books as they are quite small. And I’d really like a cursive book. I’d have started with cursive, as some writing programs do, if I had the option here.

I have a disabled child who struggles with the physical part of writing. I thought these might be a good practice tool, to increase muscle memory.It looks like a great item, and even included a few rubber grip accessories.It did not work for us for a couple reasons. 1- the ink on the paper is very slippery. Making it hard for someone who needs that slight pull against the paper for stronger proprioceptive input.2 (my mistake) I had not noticed it said “Preschool†right across the front. My child was offended and felt like it was babyish rather than an adult tool for improving on an area they need.3 which is not really a fault. Some of the letters are weird somehow. Even I struggled to write in the lines. And I’ve been writing for 5+ decades.I don’t know if they were angled oddly or something. But they didn’t feel comfortable to write.4-I wish they had a similar book for older kids or adults that used cursive. Writing with out taking the pen off the paper make a big difference for people with physical challenges with writing.But for young kids who have no challenges, or previous muscle memory, I can imagine these would be fun.

This was a great extra work option to reinforce writing. Easy to use- the ink fades which was amazing- just don’t write outside the tracing area because the pen will not fade there.

This is a great concept, but the letters and numbers are too small for beginning writers. Some young children will like this, but it did not work for us.

My son is 4 years old and he loves these. He asks for them during car rides, church, or while we homeschool. They are smaller than I thought they’d be but I actually love that because it fits perfectly in his lap. The disappearing ink is his favorite part. Such a great on the go activity.

I love these magic writing books for my son! They show him how to correctly write letters and practice with the indentation on each page. The magic ink is also nice, we are able to get multiple uses out of these books. The pen refills and grips are nice too! I would definitely buy these again!

Repeatedly 3rd time recived incomplete item. There are 4 books, 10 refills, 1 pen and 1 grip instead of 2 pen and 3 grips.

I received the product well intact but short qty. There was just one pen holder instead of 3 and 1 pen instead of 2. The quality of the product is just about average but over all experience with the product was good. The ink disappears within few minutes of use as mentioned, hence makes it easy to use. Not recommended for kids below 4 or 5 as the content is too small for them to trace and so are the books. It's a good investment to keep your kids occupied with study material. Would have been even better if they had options of cursive writing.
