Product arrived packaged fairly well. The hat was squished into a box and therefore doesn’t stand up straight right now. Not sure if it’ll hold its shape better after it has been out of the box for a bit. There was also hot glue gun residue all over the hat. Additionally, the bow tie has a stretchy band that is useless. Took it out of the box and was trying to straighten the band out when it snapped off completely. Not sure why it wasn’t sewed in place. If it had been just one thing I’d be inclined to think it was a fluke, but multiple things were a problem.
