It was the same size as the original and just had to cut for proper height and width. Everything went in exactly the way the original was without any complications.

The dodo cut was off cut at 3/4" when supposed to be 1 1/4" or 1 1/2"

DIY door jambs are not easy to install... that being said, this one is very nice quality. The threshold rabbit cut was precut at the correct angle for my bronze aluminum threshold. The weather stripping is good quality. The pre-primed surface makes the finger joints undetectable. The pine is exceptionally hard for a softer wood. Overall much better that I was expecting. I have order a second one!
