Arrived in a cardboard box, but fortunately somewhere along the way it was wrapped over and over in plastic wrap, so it all held together pretty well. Much heavier and stronger material than I was expecting. Easy to put together, no issues and all parts intact. Still snow on the ground here, but I expect it will work very well on my muddy driveway soon.

So far the build quality seems sloppy but sturdy. In assembling the drag, I came across 2 problems already. (1) The arm that connects the leveling bar to the drag is mis-aligned (welded on crooked) and (2) the plate that connects the 2 drag mat sections together has one hole drilled in the wrong place, so not all the bolts will fit. These issues may not impair the functioning, I will update my review after I try to force the connecting bar over to see if it will connect. And I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt that it will work for my application (raking a weedy beach). Thus the 4/5 stars so far. UPDATE 7/30/18: turns out the missing bolt hole on the drag mat was important. Yesterday was day 3 using the drag and the connecting plate bent at the spot of the missing bolt (see photo). I will contact the company to see about sending me a new connecting plate. UPDATE 3/21/20 - never heard back from the company. The bent connecting plate eventually broke, leaving the two pieces separate and pretty useless.

The other reviews let me know what to expect putting it together was tricky a couple of the bolts did not work but I was lucky to have smaller gauge bolts handy to make it work - having said that it is otherwise a good product for the value - I bought it to drag my round pen with a lawn tractor - I needed up just using the drag mat for that purpose as the lawn tractor was not enough to use the entire device. A 25 hp plus tow vehicle is needed - good for the money - will be useful for many years.

Arrived on time the poor UPS guy could barely get it off the truck. It assembled quickly no issues and put it to work. It far exceeded my expectations. Used it in a compacted clay soil horse pasture it did amazing! Loosened up 5 years of compaction.

I have two acres and with the rains brings tons of weeds. This is a great product and can be used together or alone. Yard looks amazing after use

This is my third yard tough drag. The first one got stolen day one, The second one never made it, And this third one I finally gotten you is. All the spikes were bent over after 3 hours of use. I was in clay and sand with very little rock. Extremely disappointed. The first one that got stolen was a lot more durable. So I'm thinking this one had bad spikes. Can't get a hold of manufacturer, can't get replacements. Very frustrating

The product design is great, wished it could have been a little heavier. Was a lil worried when I received the box because one side was damaged, missing 1 of 2 support straps. It does the job with added weight.

Spent $600 to get a proper harrow for my sand riding arena. Assembly was tough with holes not lining up etc. After using it three times I have to repair the levelling harrow because it bent and is now useless due to aluminum being used instead of steel. The steel harrow is too deep for riding arenas unless you want to seriously mess up your base, should have made it with 1†spikes so I now also have to replace or cut those to use it.
