These little frames are sturdy and sooo smooth. After applying a few coats of gesso, they are perfect for painting with acrylics. Great value

I love these, and have used them for several paint party designs. I have painted directly on the surface using Decoart Americana paints with absolutely no issues! I will buy them again.

a few of these panels needed some sanding along the sawn edge, and one was gouged so wasn't useable, but the remainder are very nice, received a clear gesso well and are excellent for painting with acrylics. I will order again.

I've ordered cheap cradled boards from Amazon before and I expected to find 6 or 7 usable ones out of this batch, but I was pleasantly surprised. One of them has a shallow gouge in the front (still usable), but all of the others are fine. Some need a little sanding at some edges, but overall I'm very pleased for the price!

These are slightly larger than 8x8 so when affixing my 8x8 artwork, the artwork is too small.
