From the moment I unboxed this product, I was impressed. The packaging was great, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition, and it immediately gave off a premium vibe. The design is sleek and great-looking, and it feels solid and durable—definitely made with sturdy, high-quality materials. This feels like an expensive product, and it performs like one too.The technology behind this is truly amazing. It smartly creates a map of the area, following it precisely to vacuum and mop every corner without missing a spot. The dual-tank system for clean and dirty water is incredibly convenient and ensures a hygienic cleaning experience. The cleaning precision is top-notch—it doesn’t miss any parts of the room. The accompanying app is a fantastic addition, allowing you to view cleaning logs and detailed maps, making the whole process even more efficient.Overall, this is a game-changer for home cleaning. It combines cutting-edge technology, thoughtful design, and reliable performance. Highly recommended!

It's been many many years since I've had a robot vacuum, back when iRobot was the only game in town. With multiple pets in the house, I went through three of them pretty quickly and on the last one, needing a new deck for the fifth time was the final straw. Fast forward to this month. It's fall, I have 6 cats in the house, plus I'm in and out several times a day, tracking in leaves and mud. Decided to treat myself and get a new robot that could vac *and* mop. After watching a few videos, I'd narrowed it down to the Roborock Qrevo Pro. But that price sure made me gulp; should I take a chance and wait for a Black Friday sale? I happened to see the Yeedi M12+ Ultra; the specs looked good and on sale, the price was a few hundred dollars less than the Roborock. Why suffer any longer? I pulled the trigger. I've had it for almost two weeks now and am in love with this thing!!! I wasn't expecting it to be so huge, but was happy to make room for it.Unpacking it was a breeze. The only tricky part about setup was the process of connecting to the home network and quick mapping of my house. Heads up: Editing the maps is extremely limited, so it's worth taking the time to get your house ready to successfully map from the start: get as much off the floor as you can (rugs, anything movable like chairs, toys, etc.), and let the Yeedi have access to everywhere it will need to clean (on one level), even rooms you might normally have closed off. Make sure everything's well lit. Then let the Yeedi do it's thing. For my 820 sf house, it probably mapped it in about 10 minutes. If there's anything that's maybe somewhat lacking, it's the software. As mentioned before, editing maps is rudimentary and you don't want to have to do very much: you can combine rooms, divide, and marquee-select areas you don't want cleaned. Setting up cleaning scenarios is easy and so is scheduling. You can watch the Yeedi at work in the app, monitoring its path. While it's cleaning, a voice announces when the Yeedi needs to return to the base to empty the dustbin, dump the water, clean the pads, recharge. You can fine tune cleaning speed, vacuum suction, amount of water for mopping, 1 or 2 passes, pad drying time.So how does it clean? Magnificently! I have mostly hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen, tiled bathroom and short pile area rugs. The Yeedi does a great job of vacuuming especially on rugs, however it sometimes gets hung up on lightweight rug corners and doesn't do as well on hi-lo pile designs. The mopping has been exceptional and this feature makes me the happiest. I have my hardworking buddy vacuuming daily and mopping the kitchen twice a week. It's lovely to see a clean floor every day, where I don't have the annoyance of stepping barefoot on cat litter (which gets tracked all over the house), or seeing dust/fur bunnies growing in corners. With the money I saved not going with the Roborock, I bought the 3-year insurance. I'm hopeful this robot can rise up to the challenge of multiple pets and busy homeowner life for at least a couple years.

Setting up this robot was really simple. It maps out your house and returns when it is done or needs to charge itself back up. The charging is very quick. The suction is very strong and it picks up hair without it getting trapped in the brushes. The mopping ability is very good as well and handles my hardwood floors with no issues. It cleans itself when it is done and gets rid of the dust and dirty water. It may seem a little pricy but the value is definitely there. All you have to do is empty the dust bin every now and then and add clean water to the base. Having a robot that can do so much cleaning by itself is a great thing to have.

To give you some background on units that I'm familiar with, my first foray into robot vacuum/mop combo's was the Dreame W10. It was life changing and I LOVED it. It only lasted 1.5 years, and I was a little upset with what they were actually willing to pay out for the insurance I purchased (not through amazon), but overall, I loved that thing.Since it died, I've been trying (and returning) quite a few new models. I started with the Eufy X10 Pro Omni. I wasn't happy with the app, it was very delayed in telling me where the vacuum was in the house, and it didn't vacuum as well as the Dreame W10 (which had lower Pa for pulling vacuum) and it couldn't pick up larger debri like dogfood without getting jammed. Since it was over $800, I returned. Then I went back to Dreame hoping that would solve my problem and bought the L20. This one also wasn't up to my standards, it kept getting clogged with the self empty (I didn't know this until I cleaned the unit out to return, it didn't give me any errors). It wasn't auto emptying, the dust bin kept getting overfilled, and then it just tracked dirt all over my house and made a complete mess. Even the Dreame W10, which didn't have an auto empty feature didn't do this. It would get overfilled all the time, but it just kept sucking it all up without an issue. So back went the Dreame L20.So then I changed direction and went with Yeedi, which due to it's cheaper price, was risky, but I thought maybe I was trying products that were too complicated. Well, Yeedi has been the worse of all of them.It had mapping issues from the beginningIt has not been succuessful at completing any cleaning task without aid, needing constant interference from meIt just stops it's cleaning task randomly and doesn't continue it, I have to start it overAfter only 3 days, the mopping station is cloggingThe auto empty already clogged onceIt gets lostThe app is terrible, it won't update the location of the robot, I've had to keep restarting the app to get it work, it doesn't alert me to issues (one time the vacuum stopped vacuuming, but continued with it's pattern to clean, it never alerted me there was an issue, it would have just continued on it's pattern without vacuuming anything without letting me know if I hadn't been watching it, it had too much in the dust bin, because it wasn't able to auto empty, so the suction just stopped)So, back goes this one. Not sure what I should go with next, the Ecovac is the next best rated, however Yeedi is owned by Ecovac, so not sure if that will just give me similar issues.
