I've been favorably impressed with the Yellow Jacket gauge sets I've purchased. My first was a set of R-410a gauges back before Yellow Jacket was a well-known brand. The price was great and the gauges have proved to be rugged and accurate. So when my old R-134a gauges wore out, I was happy to find another affordable set of Yellow Jacket gauges, this time for automotive work. I'm really happy with them.Sadly, this brand is now often rather expensive. If you get a chance to buy them at a modest price, it's definitely worth it. They are so much better than the no-name low-end imports.

This is a really nice gauge set and I am returning them because I did not know they were not for 410A Refrigerant. These were recommended to me by a DIY YouTube channel I watch. These are professional quality and I believe they are made in America. Now I need to order the right ones. Amazons return by the way works flawlessly.

However the manifold doesn't have a sight glass for us old timers to check if anything is actually going into the a/c system. And where as the hoses are 48" long made of what seems to be high quality stuff they do not have low lose ends. So purging of the lines and manifold is a must every time before servicing any a/c system put that with Freon lose when the hoses are disconnected and letting the Freon vent from the long hoses. Need I say more? Of can you say EPA fine? To make this set complete you will want adapters with valves.Still good value for the money. I'm very satisfied with the product.
