I’m new to mahjong and another player had this set and it was absolutely gorgeous! No tacky plastic pastel racks! Another veteran player upon seeing it has placed it on her wish list for an upcoming birthday. All that have played with it are impressed with its total quality!The tiles are vivid and distinct. The bag is nice and roomy and it is easy to place the nicely made rack holder and tile tray wrap. No struggle to get supplies in and out. There is absolutely no criticism for entire set which I plan to enjoy for many years to come!

They set is well made AND the best part is the tile holders are made of wood and much nicer than the flimsy plastic holders. I get compliments on them every time we play Mah Jong

This set has all the pieces for traditional Chinese Mahjong. The tiles are really big so it is better to use a relatively large table to play it comfortably. The carrying bag is also nice if I need to take it to friends' house. The only problem is the cases for the tiles are made of cheap carboard and are falling apart under the weight of the tiles. This doesn't bother me too much because quality tiles are the most important factor for me. After playing a few games, a friend of mine liked it so much that he asked for details so that he could buy the same set.

It is an extraordinary set. Tiles have number which make it easier to recognize the Chinese tiles. Holders with magnet are easy to manipulate. It is a great set!

This is a good set and stands up well to multiple use. I have used it many times in a club setting with no breakage. The separate pushers allow flexibility for the dealer.
