I purchased the small size plyo box 12/14/16 inch. This size box is perfect for box squats since it allows me to go parallel or just below. Also great for step ups. Easily handles the weight of a grown man. This box is too small for box jumps for most adults (would recommend a large padded box for that use, for safety). I use this box a lot as a seat at the cable machine for seated rows and such.Box comes in several colors and is easy to put together as everything is predrilled. The handle holes make the box easy to move/carry. This is a great addition to a home gym.P.S. The kids also love the box as a step stool or seat.

I am very satisfied with this purchase, the box was easy to assemble and the wood is very sturdy!! The resistance bands were a plus!!I would recommend using an electrical drill to assemble as it is a bit hard to push the screws all the way in using the screwdriver the company provider.Definitivamente recomiendo esta compra, el ensamblaje de la caja fue fácil de hacer y la madera es fuerte. Yo recomiendo usar un taladro eléctrico para poner los tornillos hasta abajo porque es un poco duro hacerlo con el que manda la compañÃa.

This was easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. I can put all my weight on the middle, even though it's hollow, and it stays strong. Very good design and provides great height options.

I think this product is amazing however, it is not the best when doing certain workouts like assisted pushups. The wood is hard on my hands.I wish there was a soft cushion to purchase with it so that it’s not as rough.Also when setting it up, there seems to be a million pieces but other than that it does the job!

Great addition to my home gym. It only took about 10 minutes to assemble with a cordless drill. It's sturdier than I thought I use it as a stepper. Whichever height you use it remains very sturdy.
