I use one in physical therapy, and this is just as good quality. It's firm, and is long enough to not slide off.

Disappointed in this product. My dr recommended I get a foam, round roller to relieve back pain but this isn't it. Roller was hard and caused pain on my back instead of relieving it.

This foam half roller is very firm/hard. It's way too hard for my needs, as I would prefer and could benefit from a softer roller. If I hadn't removed the plastic wrapping, I would definitely have placed it back on the box and returned it.
