Overall fine. They gave about 16 washers and didn't say where they go. The arms are a not stiff, have some L/R movement but if you used 4 washers on each it might not move. But would literally be impossible to slide them in between the arm and the screw (I tried). Not sure how long the arm "padding" will hold up in the elements. Vertical bars are nice and sturdy and the pins to adjust go in easily. Be very careful to have left and right horizontal bars exactly parallel. FYI their number for the drill bit size is WRONG! Use your judgement.

I have never had a rack like this and I was pleasantly surprised. It allows me to store my yaks face down to keep water and critters out. Love it.

Very durable and easy to install. Our boats used to sit on the floor. Now with them off of the floor we have room to store related items in totes underneath. Now we can park in our garage this winter!

I was able to set it up/mount it to my garage wall by myself. Took about 45 minutes, easy enough. Holds all 4 of our kayaks no problem. Glad I bought it!

Junk -Looked good at first and when I went to install it it was a complete exercise of frustration. The holes don’t line up right on the arms with the rails. Six of the eight did, and the last two did not, those holes were drilled different and the whole thing was very frustrating. The only thing worse than the quality, was the lousy instructions, which are pretty much useless. Some pretty pictures and nothing more.There’s no way I would buy another product from these people.
