This works great to transition dumbbell to a kettle bell. It only works with dumb bells with the skinnier metal bar though. If you have the thicker rubber ones, they won’t fit. If they did, this would get a 5 star. I did know that going in to buying this, but it still bothers me. I couldn’t find any that hold the thicker dumbbells though, which are the kind I already had before buying this. It latches great though, and the dumbbells are snug and don’t slide around or anything.

Works great, but limited on type of bar. Bar has to be straight and not coated with that cushiony stuff, nor the steel that is kinda tapered. I like the fact that you don't have to buy another set of weights, it just converts your old set to be more useful.

This is sturdy and fits on CAP standard dumbbells but not on their neoprene covered version. The grip bar is bigger around (due to the coating I believe) and wont allow the adapter to close around it. I even tried taking out the rubber inserts inside the adapter but it still isn't able to close. Most of our dumbbells are the black neoprene covered ones so this won't work for us.

Does not work with my rubber coated hand weights. Work with dumbell with metal handle. It works well with those.

I have more standard weight plates than dumbbells. I normally wouldn't arrange the plates in this fashion, but that's the only way they would fit onto the dumbbell grip. The plates maxed out at 55 pounds, but this arrangement is good enough for now. However, the dumbbell grip is worth the money.

The clasp is so small on this thing, any dumbbell that has even a slightly thick grip, this wont fit. This must be for some cheap dollar store dumbbells that are less than 10 lbs. Do not buy this if you plan on using it on any dumbbell that is for adults.

El producto es realmente práctico. Teniendo un juego de mancuernas, obtienes un complemento ideal para convertirlas en kettlebells. Es verdad que no es tan perfecto como una kettlebell de verdad, pero con un único añadido, consigues otro juego "virtual" equivalente, y que puedes adaptar según el ejercicio y/o tu forma fÃsica. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que el primer disco (si asà es tu mancuerna), el más interior, no ha ser muy grande, porque puede chocar con el asa.
