I am somewhat perplexed by the less than five-star reviews. This product offers great value for its price. Assembly was straightforward, but I suggest using your own tools as the provided ones are subpar. It's a solid 8 out of 10 for home workouts, not intended for professional bodybuilders or powerlifters. Cables shouldn't jump off the pulleys if used correctly. I anticipate the cables will wear out over time, but that's normal. To ensure smooth motion, apply 3-in-1 oil to the vertical chrome bar before your first workout.

Was skeptical on buying this with the so so comments I read. I decided to give it a try as it is something I needed in my home gym. After assembly and using for about 2 months. It was a good purchase. Easy to set up. The plastic pulleys are ok, but it is smooth enough. My really only issue is I'm 6'3 and can't get full stretch doing lat pull down. Other than that I'm happy with it. It's really more of a 5 star with me but the range just is annoying some times. Material feels pretty sturdy. I've load lots of weight and it is very stable. Definitely worth the try if your looking to add more to your home gym.

This machine makes it difficult due to needing to be held in place it lifts off the ground and slides

4.5 stars. This is definitely worth it for the price. Assembly was easy. Works well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was every time I take a regular 2†plate off the sleeve adapter comes off with it. I’ve had different sleeve adapters before with set screws to tighten to stay on but you need to buy them separately. Besides that well worth it.
