I've been working out at home ever since I cancelled my gym membership at the beginning of the pandemic, and I keep looking for ways to diversify my workout. One of the things I missed from the gym was the step platforms, cause not only is it a nice cardio workout, but it is great for a lot of strength workouts like split squats and elevated push ups. I also use it as a bench when I'm doing chest presses and flies cause it helps increase my range of motion. I ultimately decided on this one cause it seemed to have the best reviews. After my second workout, I'm so pleased with my purchase. It's nice and solid -- I was nervous it was gonna be flimsy plastic from some of the reviews, but when I step on it, it doesn't buckle or bend at all (and I'm not a lightweight by any means). I also love the colors. For some reason, it just makes me excited to work out. It also doesn't budge at ALL on my carpet, which was another concern of mine. 20 minutes of stepping with hand weights is enough to have my heart rate elevated and sweat pouring, so I feel really good about incorporating this into my workouts. I was nervous about the price tag, but honestly now that I've used it, I have no regrets. I'll update if anything changes, but so far so good!

This isn’t the cheapest option as far as step platforms for step aerobics go, but it has a lot of features that others don’t have that make it well worth it.What I love:- the size: I can’t believe how tiny so many steps sold online are. This one is actually the size you’d see in any class, which means you can actually do what you’d need to with the correct amount of space- the weight capacity: many models have really low weight capacities, which is really unfair since movement should be accessible to everyone, and this one can accommodate larger bodies than most of the others I’ve seen- nonslip top: you couldn’t slip off the top if you tried- nonskid base: whether you have no tiers, one tier, or two tiers, the base is nonskid for all your non-carpeted floors- multiple tier options: many models come with one set of risers; this one has two, allowing for more flexibility with fitness levels, especially if you have multiple people in your home sharing itIf you don’t think it’s a wonderful focal point of your room, it can be thin enough to slide under a couch or bed, or put flat against a wall somewhere. I can’t say anything negative about this stepper.

I am new to step and wasn't sure what to expect, but this is a great bench. I'm happy to have it as it's the perfect length, sturdy, non-slip...I don't have anything even remotely bad to say about this item, all good !! Happy stepping.

I love this stepper! The quality is very good! When storing it,I slide it right under my couch. It is very sturdy. When doing aerobics I do not feel like I’m going to fall off.

I've been using it for about 4 - 5 days and it's not extremely sturdy. So I don't know how long it will last, but for now it's ok. I bought it because of the width. It's one of the wider ones out there. Comparable to the professional ones they used to have in the gyms.

It’s a super high quality step! I used to have one like this 10 years ago and lost it during a move. I was happy to bug a new one that is even better! Will get a second one soon !

I’ve bought it 2 months ago, use it several times and i like it! As big as the step you can find at the gym. I use it on my floor and it does not slide at all!My only complaint is that the plateforme is a little curved, so when you climb on one of the two sides, you can notice that it is not supported on both sides at the same time.But overall i am satisfied with my purchase.
