This wall mounted floating desk is great! It is nearly identical to the description but does say only a 50 lbs weight limit, not the 66 lbs advertised. I installed it following the directions. Key to a successful installation is using the right tools. You need a level, drill, hammer and Phillips screwdriver to do the job right. And you must use the included anchors if you are installing this anywhere other than into wooden studs. I have paneling over wallboard and the anchors worked just as they should. It’s a little smaller than what I was looking for when I started my search. I thought about building my own floating desk but decided to see if the size would work. It does! My laptop fits fine with enough room for a small desk lamp. I still have room for papers and writing surface. I especially liked the ability to set the height of this desk where I wanted, at counter level. Folded down, it is unobtrusive. Up and locked it is just right. I highly recommend this floating desk top for those who need a small work area and who don’t want it up and loaded up with papers all the time. I am resting my arms on it as I type this review up and the desk top is sturdy, level and works great!

Perfect as a desk solution for my daughter’s room. She can easily raise it when she needs a place to study and lower it when not needed so it’s out of the way.

It does what it says. Decent quality, except for the screws. They are not treated, and soft. They strip out as soon as you turn them. When will the Chinese products stop using soft garbage screws? I guess as long as they can get away with it. (use your own screws) Lost a star for that reason. Otherwise, I like it, and it does the trick. Very convenient not to have to fabricate my own shelf. One thing I was looking for before I bought it, and did not find anywhere, is a photo of the side profile when the shelf is down. I was looking for that because as I suspected, and I turned out to right, that when the shelf is in the folded down position, it does not hang perfectly vertical because the two release levers prevent it from folding flat to the wall. It pushes it out a few degrees. Kind of sneaky that they don't show that angle, as it is the least flattering. But, I can live with it, and I would buy it again.

After reflooring a home office, which is small, I wanted to make the most of the space. I kept my computer desk smaller, but that meant I needed another surface for writing, having a snack or drawing up gardening plans. It also had to be foldable, so it wouldn't attract clutter.This piece works very well for all my needs. Easily holds my laptop and phone. Since it's near an outlet, I can charge both without having wires across the floor as a trip hazard.I put it right under a window, so I can also enjoy watching the changing seasonal landscape.One note of caution. Since I mounted it on studs (16" apart) best and outlet, I night a new stud finder that also detects wires. So glad I did.I didn't use all the mounting holes in the wall bracket, but they are all solidly in studs. Half of the holes would otherwise need wall anchors, and possibly hit the electrical wiring.

This desk was my greatest purchase in 2019! It was a little tricky to assemble but once properly attached to the wall it is incredible. It is ideal for my apartment. I purchased two and placed them below windows. When I fold them down I can pull the curtains and they are not visible. Even when left visible they look good. They have been up for 3 months with no issues. The desk is much larger and sturdier than I thought it was going to be. Great purchase.

I like it folds done out of the way and is small. Instructions say put wall mount up first. No put table on and then mount. It's easier to screw into wall with the table on otherwise you could get the distance between supports wrong and it's easier to ensure it's level. Right side dug into the wall a bit. Not noticeable as my wall is white. I needed a very small folding table by my stack washer and dryer. This worked out great.
