ER4043 ALUMINUM WELDING WIRE
- 5% silicon aluminum (AlSi5) filler metal welding wire for the MIG welding process.

MULTIPLE USAGE

Made an aluminum awning to shelter a window AC unit. Used this in a Millermatic 252 with a spool gun on 1/8 aluminum tube and straight argon. Worked great, no issues.

I have not utilized it as of yet, due to not having argon at this time. It appears as it will do the job as desired. it is thin wire, much smaller than regular mig wire. Using it will be some what of an experiment when I get around to it.

Great stuff. I am using it to build the inner skeleton of my jon boat for the decks and floors using a mig welder. First time trying this and no real issues other than my lack of skill. By the way, I am better with the grinder ðŸ˜

recommended by the HZXVOGEN 250A mig welder , but doesn't work that good on 6061 aluminum .the forney 42296 wire works better
