100% RECOMMEND!!!!!!!Just finished putting these up in our kitchen and THEY ARE AMAZING. They look amazing, adhesion is super strong, and install is unbelievably easy once I perfected how to go about cutting. ***I will add a picture(s) when I get home***Here are my suggestions on install that will definitely help:1) The film to cover the top is a bit of a pain to get off, especially on the goldish bronze ones for some reason. Take your time and it'll come off just fine. Patience is definitely a virtue here.2) The front will scratch, so make sure you're on something kind of softer when making your cuts. I just laid down a couple of cardboard boxes on the counter when doing so and there was little to no scratching at all. Or you can leave that film on until you're done cutting. I did both ways....no preference really there.3) MEASURE YOUR CUTS. Don't eyeball it like I did the entire time lol. You'll end up with much better end results, but hey....it was a learning process.4) To cut - SCORE THE BACK AS DEEP AS YOU CAN with a box cutter/utility knife. Then flip it over and press down near where you scored the back and you'll sit it pop/break loose right where you scored. Then flip it back over and press again and it'll easily break right off in a perfect line. There were times I didn't score deep enough and I had to take the blade to the front in the creased area to break it apart and found this leaves those jagged edges people talk about.I put these directly onto our old plaster (our house is very old and the kitchen is one of our last remodel projects to do). They will stick, but make sure you don't have any major patches that need to be done first. We had one large crack that I wasn't going to take the time to repair so one tiny section is bowed in a tiny bit, but it covered it with no issues. We will see how long that one spot stays, but as far as I can tell this adhesion is no joke.I do not, however, recommend putting this on walls in a rental unless you plan on keeping it permanent even after you leave. The adhesion is so strong it will pull off plaster or drywall or it will leave behind the adhesion itself and it's very difficult to get off without ruining the wall.Don't let the bad reviews deter you from these! Take my advice on how to go about installing and you'll love the results as well!

I have to admit that this “over performed†my expectations. I was worried that this would look cheap, but it looked great. It was very simple to install and cut to size. I had prepped with sheet metal sheets, but only needed a utility knife. I had the whole project done in 30 minutes.

I used these tiles as a decorative accent on a home bar, and they look great. The protective plastic was easy to remove and helped prevent scratching. These are easy to cut with a pair of sheet metal sheers or even a miter or table saw.The sheets stuck well for the most part. I had some issues when using small sections of a full sheet, however this could have been the plywood I was trying to stick them to. Nothing that some glue couldn't fix though. On a smooth surface I had no issues with them sticking.I would recommend offsetting adjacent sheets to prevent repeat sections (see second picture).

We purchased this as sort of a decore for the sides of our exposed cabinets, not a backsplash. I found the most difficult aspect was cutting these to the right width. A utility knife works great. Strike 4 or 5 times, tap the cut on an table edge, flip the panel and tap again. Your cut will snap clean. Change the blade about every 5 panels. I did end up cutting myself with the sharp edges a few times and once with the utility knife while trimming a 16th inch. Be careful or stock up on bandages. =-]These are NOT 12 x 12. More like 11.75 x 12.25. This may make the difference when you need to cut length as opposed to width. My cuts ended up needing 1/4" across the width which would have been a non issue if they were 12" tall. Those cuts are much more difficult, just FYI.As for adhesion... wow. You get more than 1/4 inch stuck and hope you are square. These are not going anywhere. All in all, a great product. In fact, we've already placed an order for more.

Really like this backsplash product could be a little thicker, but it is adequate. The adhesive on the back of the panels is very strong and I like the fact that the face of the panels are aluminum. We used these panels as a backsplash in an RV..

So easy to score with a razor and cut. Took about 2 hours to put up 25 sheets. My suggestion. Make sure wall is flat, clean and dry. When putting up, peel backing / white paper off but leave clear plastic on front. This holds it together better and you can use the plastic to hold it up while placing vs touching edges. For the edges that weren't perfect I used caulk to complete gap so it looks exactly like part of the wall.

Worked as advertised. Not super hard to install. Some of the panels had scratches and others ended up with very hard to remove adhesive from the front plastic put on it to protect it. Overall Okay for a DYI. Not for high quality work.
