I purchased this glass pitcher when replacing our plastic storage containers with non-toxic glass and metal. This lovely glass container holds any liquid well. The handle is sturdy and wide enough to hold onto, and the glass is thick and durable. The lid is spill-proof and stays on well.I enjoy having this pitcher for daily use and get-togethers. It's elegant enough to serve lemonade at an afternoon party, or festive enough to pour margarita mix for an evening gathering. I recommend this pitcher for all your liquid-container needs!

I had been using plastic to store my water. I have bedtime meds that make me thirsty, so I keep a big water bottle by my bed, but the receptacle in the fridge was plastic, and the word just came down from our state government that we should get rid of the plastics and use glass or metal. I wanted something compact enough to fit inside the half-size fridge we keep in the bedroom.This pitcher fits nicely (see photograph) and so for us, its tall, narrow build is a plus. However, I would not use it when my young grandsons are over here, because if somebody rowdy were to bump it, it would go over, and it would break. It's fairly thin glass, which makes it lightweight, which I like, but it's not ideal for a crowd or a busy area.It's hand wash, and although it comes with a cleaning brush, it's tall enough that it would be annoying to try to get pulp from orange juice or lemonade unstuck from the bottom and sides. However, the instructions say that you can put it on the stove burner, as long as it isn't an induction cooktop. I don't need to do that, but it's kind of impressive.So for me, it's just about perfect, but its usefulness in other ways is probably limited.

Big fan. It’s very attractive the lid seals quite well. It’s lightweight to use but sturdy. I have not frozen it or put on stove yet. We use to infuse water with fresh fruit or cucumbers etc. The pitcher show cases the fruit beautifully. I will definitely seek out more items from this brand.

Nice glass pitcher!Wanted a glass ice tea pitcher that would fit nicely in frig. This 2.6 liter pitcher is perfect size.Well constructed. Nice pouring spout.May be too small for those that make large containers of tea or juice, but for 2 people this container size is perfect.

I love everything about this pitcher. I purchased the glass pitcher as a safer alternative to my plastic pitcher. When I unpacked it I was so impressed with the quality. The lid is an air tight stopper, keeping any beverage same day fresh day after day and it fits neatly in my refrigerator door.

The lid is a nice touch. The picture seems a little thin, like it would break easily and I do wish it was a little bit bigger. I tried to make a pitcherful from a can of juice concentrate and couldn’t make the whole amount because it didn’t fit. Otherwise, it will make an attractive display if you’re making sangria or adding fruit to your water.

Die Kanne ist wirklich sehr schön und bestimmt auch toll im Einsatz, nur hatte sie leider ein Riss am Henkel obwohl sie gut verpackt war. Sehr Schade, habe mich dann für eine "plastik" entschieden obwohl diese hier natürlich wesentlich schöner gewesen wäre. Trotz allem möchte ich hierfür keine Sterne abziehen.
