I have so many different types of cages for my big happy rat family, and I'm this cage I put my 8 young females in. They are phyco and are having a blast in this cage! I put so many different toys and things in there and I can sit inside the cage with them. Easy to clean and maintain. The only compliment I really have are 2 things. 1st. It was a little difficult to assemble (probably my fault for doing it at 2am lo) 2nd. Is the doors, they could be designed better... I'm thinking about making my own door with some chicken wire and removing a couple panels. But everything else is great for my psyco pocket puppy's lol

My kitten loves it. The hammock was a big plus. I like the how to part wear she walks is comfortable for her. However, it was missing parts. I made it work though, I just made it a three tier, out of laziness of returning the product. I give the product a 10/10 and the actual experience a 6/10.

Putting this together with a spouse may cause a divorce. So many pieces. So little instruction. It is simply a series of square wire tiles and square plastic tiles. There is no solid tray for the floor, so clean up isn't the easiest.

Great price & it was easy to assemble. Easy to clean. We use it for our kitty when we’re not home & he loves to play in it.

The product first arrived missing parts and it took me multiple emails to the company for them to respond and tell me that they could not send me the parts but that I can return the cage and that they would send me another one. The second one they sent me ALSO had many missing parts. The company said basically you can return it or we will send you a partial refund but we can't send you the parts as we don't have them but you can use the partial refund to buy the parts elsewhere. So I got a 1/3 refund and bought the parts I needed. Not happy at all but figured I would still try to make it work...well the cage itself goes together awful and it's a flimsy design and the connector pieces don't hold together very well..it's a complete frustration trying to get it to stay all secure and together. Definitely not worth the time and money and it looks crappy all put together as the side connectors stick out making trying to get it through a doorway almost impossible...and the cat hammock ripped apart just trying to put it up. So, my advice if you do buy it is to put it together where it won't have to be moved and buy tons of zip ties and don't waste your time with the hammock just throw it away! I hate leaving bad reviews and maybe I just got two bad ones in a row, but this cage deserves a negative star.

Nice cage not extremely difficult to put together just time consuming. The only downside is the shipping took way longer than expected and was significantly delayed!

The crate came is what seems like a million pieces. But my husband and I put it together in about an hour. My cats love it.
