Received the order with carton damaged in shipping. Sent their customer service an email as a few parts had fallen out of the box. They responded quickly and rectified the issue for me. That was a big plus because repacking and shipping back would have been a big inconvenience.Assembled really quickly and the quality is pretty good. Poles are nice and tall so the lights hang well above peoples head. Good value for cost.

These light poles work great for hanging our new string lights around the patio. 11 ft was perfect for raising the lights above the umbrella. The ground nails have held the poles in place securely during 2 thunderstorms with high winds.I had a question when assembling them and customer service was prompt and solved my issue.

I expected strong and sturdy poles, but that's not what I got they work but you can't put tension on them. Install was simple appearance is nice durability could use work

These are not well made and will not last long. After installing them yesterday they’ve all bent with the weight of the light strings. Very disappointed.

Thin,wobbly poles, maybe good for a weekend campsite. They are definitely not good for more than a weekend. I bought them on sale and didn't open the box until after the return period expired. If I would have opened them immediately I would have returned them.
