The hammock is great quality, and when my package got lost in shipping, customer service was quick to fix the problem! Assembly also took less than 15 minutes, very simple to put together.

After setting up the stand following the instructions and being sure the knobs were locked in place, the hammock seems to be too short to attach to both ends of the stand. Tip: push each pole past the knobs to attach the hammock, then have a helper on standby ready for you to pull the poles back to lock the knobs in. Other than thinking the hammock was not created long enough to start with, this is very easy to assemble and comfortable for relaxing in the backyard.

My family loves this hammock! You can fit two people easily. It is made well. It is comfortable and relaxing. Looks great in my yard.

Love it but this is why it is 3 stars:It is NOT 2 person hammock, do not attempt unless you are under 5 y.o.It starches all the way to the bottom and flipping is easy from seating or laying (I'm 160 lb so it is not because I'm very heavy).Frame came scratched and it is not very heavy duty.What I love about it: it looks great!It was 5 minutes to put together, very easy no tool needed.Came with spare parts.It would be 5 stars just a little better quality.
