I am 6' 180 lbs, just a little more in the stomach area than I would like, but at age 70 not too bad. The large fit perfectly. I use this for organ/keyboard performances. I can do my best Liberace impersonation and get away with it, without the rings of course. Very happy with purchase.

The top and arm length fit perfectly… The crotch was a little long and had to be shortened. Besides that, it is a wonderful fitting shirt
