YKLP Mini Chamfering Machine Manual Linear Chamfering Tool
- This 1/4 -Inch Pneumatic Chamfering Machine can be chamfered in the narrowest and shallowest space
- Suitable for various angles, such as straight edge straight chamfering, inner and outer round hole chamfering, Irregular chamfering, multilateral chamfering of the keyway
- Used for deburring and chamfering the R side of metal trimming arc corners.
Usage method
- Push forward and press to start working.
- Release it to stop , and the safety bayonet bounces back to the original angle to avoid accidental touch.

Usage and maintenance tips
- Before using the new machine, please inject pneumatic tool oil and inject about 4C.C into the air inlet. After continuous use for about 3 hours, about 4C.C is also injected into the air inlet.
- After injecting pneumatic tool oil, let the machine idling for about ten seconds (do not operate), and let the internal parts of the grinder be lubricated as a whole before proceeding.
- It is an air compressor (air pump) for mechanical use. The output of the air compressor is about 6~8kg. Generally, most of the compressed gas of a traditional air compressor contains water, and the piston of the air compressor brings out a small part of the lubricating oil. If the oil-water separator is not used, water and oil and gas will enter the inside of the machine for a long time. The occurrence of adhesion slows down the rotation of the machine, resulting in insufficient speed and torque. In this way, the pneumatic tool oil needs to be input into the air inlet, and the machine can be used normally after idling for about ten seconds.

Tool stopped working in the first 1/2 inch of chamfering an aluminum plate. It will be returned for a full refund.
