These are pretty standard yoga blocks. They are perfect for deepening or assisting some yoga poses and can also be useful for stretching and mobility excercises. They are maybe a little softer than some available versions, which is nice if you're using them to support your back or hips.

Just be aware of the dimensions for this. When placed on the ground on the largest side, the block is not as high as a standard size block.

I have cork yoga blocks, but I needed to purchase this for physiotherapy exercise exercises. This block is somewhat smaller and softer, therefore making the exercises easy to perform.Wonderful quality
