quality: this isn't the worst strap ever but it certainly isn't the best. it just feels so stiff.loops/versatility: i love that there are pictures on the loops that show you stretches you can do. there's a pretty decent variety.elasticity/ease of use: if you have large feet or ankles, this thing will probably suck. if you're tall, i don't know how you could use this. i mean, i'm by no means super limber, but i'm flexible enough. this thing was mighty stiff! i'm only 5'6 with long legs, a slender build, and size 10 (women's) shoes, and i had some difficulty using this.my breakdown of stretch attempts based on the loop images:move 1: easy.move 2: band itself stretches more than expected, but still not much. i definitely felt a stretch in my calf.move 3: a little difficult to get the strap over my foot to the ankle. good resistance for this.move 4: lol immediately got my upper back / shoulders or something to crack, so it's great.move 5: i feel like i did this one correctly or the band was just too awkward to position properly.move 6: feels weird, will need more practice.move 7: the image is sort of like a russian twist but i didn't really feel anything and might've done it wrong. can't tell.move 8: definitely felt this one. very awkward feeling but i have done similar stuff without a band before so maybe i just need to get used to it? the form just feels off.bottom line? i wouldn't buy this, at least, not for its intended use. maybe for less detailed stretches or more arm work?

My daughter needed some exercise gear that she could travel with and this strap was a great option. It is lightweight and doesn't take up much space in her suitcase. The strap has good resistance and the 8 loops adds to it's versatility. She loved that it had instructions for different stretches printed right on the band. The only reason we docked a star was that the edges were a little hard. works great and serves the purpose we were looking for when she can't get to a gym.At the time of this review the Zenmarkt Yoga Strap for Stretching - 8 Loops Stretching Strap - Essential Yoga Accessories for Flexibility and Enhanced Stretching - Ideal Stretch Strap in Yoga and Pilates was listed for $9.95 which is a fair price.
