Had someone over 200lbs test this out and it did not break - you would have to try very hard and operate incorrectly to do so. Works really great for it’s intended use!

Excellent yoga wheel. Sturdy construction and good size and design. This is perfect for stretching my back and shoulders. It’s also good for assists in some yoga poses. Exactly what I was needing and a great value.

You can't beat the price of this yoga wheel. It's solid, has a fair amount of cushioning that helps avoid slipping, and it seems to be well made. My only issue is that shipping was super slow...it didn't ship until 2 weeks after I ordered it, even though it was in stock, and then it took just over a week to arrive. I ended up ordering a different brand that arrived in a few days and gave this one to a friend once it finally showed up. At least my friend loves it!

I have abused my back for years and it is finally catching up with me. The first use of this wheel on my spine with only gravity as resistance sounded much like bubble wrap popping with immediate back pain relief. I now use this once a week during my morning stretch and it seems to have eliminated by chronic back issues.

I'm 230lbs and the second I started putting a majority of my weight on the wheel slowly, it made a loud crack sound and is now a little bent, so I can't imagine putting all of my weight on it or how the weight capacity is 300lbs! Just keep in mind that if you're even around 200lbs, you might break this product :(

Very sturdy, thick padding, standard size. This works as well as the more expensive wheels. I use this for stretching my shoulders and back, overall highly recommend!There is a seam in the padding that I can see might peel one day, but for now it's just fine and it arrived in perfect condition. I ordered the black color, but in some light the plastic is more navy and the padding is charcoal.

Its a great product but dont understand the width only being 5"? It doesnt feel safe using it because the wheel can easily disbalance which you could result you dropping your back hard and hurting yourself. Wish it was nearly double in width to make it more practical.
