It is a nice little yoghurt maker. It has different settings and times for Yogurt, greek yogurt and Nattos etc. I have used it for my L. Reuteri yoghurt and seems to be working quite well. The yoghurt setting is at 40C. I have tested the temperature and seems to be consistent. A friend also bought the same machine but her temperature setting seems a couple of degrees higher than mine. I think it is a bit of a luck of a draw. Mine is working fine and so far so good.

Does not display temperature, only setting, and time.Limited to a small batch [1 quart] at one time.Small footprint; light weight.Relatively inexpensive. As nato should be made in a thin layer,it can't be ideal for nato.Looks cute.

I have made 3 batches of yogurt in this so far and they turned out perfectly.First batch I used cultures for Bulgarian yogurt and whole milk. I used the setting for Greek yogurt and set the timer for 20 hours. Then strained it using the included strainer. The yogurt came out very thick and tangy just as expected. I also had plenty of whey left over that I use for baking and I add small amounts to my dog’s food. For the second batch I used 1/4 cup of plain Chobani Greek yogurt and whole milk, used the Greek yogurt setting with timer set for 18 hours. After straining the yogurt was the same consistency as the starter yogurt. Very tasty with fruit and granola. The third batch I used 1/4 cup of leftover whey from the previous batch and the same settings on the machine. This also turned out perfectly.Care must be taken when cleaning the strainer. It’s somewhat fragile.I use whole milk from a local dairy that is low heat pasteurized and non-homogenized.What I love about this yogurt maker is that it’s not required to pre-heat the milk and cool it back down. Just add a small amount of water to the chamber, mix your starter and milk of choice to the included stainless steel container, place the container in the chamber and choose your settings. Then be patient. It’s so easy and I love that there’s so many settings and the timer goes up to 24 hours.

Description states this device has temperature control. It does not. Read a couple reviews that said Natto temp was good for l. Reuteri. Checked yogurt halfway through to check temp of yogurt and it was at 117 F! 😡 This batch is ruined. The beneficial bacteria needs to ferment at a much lower temp. Sending back

Really like this affordable product. We use the 14 hour setting, and a mix of skim and half&half milk. Yogurt is strained for a couple hours and solid yogurt is the result . . .not watery. Love it.

At first, the light weight (the entire machine weighs a mere 20 ounces) was a bit concerning. However, this thing performs as advertised. An IR thermometer showed a steady temp, right where it needs to be, for good results. First scalding the milk then unplugging the maker a 8-9 hours (10 hours is the shortest setting) produces smooth, creamy, yogurt with virtually no sharp sourness. The fine-mesh strainer works well but is a bit tricky to clean. One must be very careful with the gossamer-thin mesh material.

It looked like it would do a great job at making yogurt; but it did not have temperature set point selections; it only provided auto temp set control. It is a problem if you want to ferment the yogurt at a different temp setting that the auto set one.

Overall this is a nice yogurt maker. Compact and easy to store. Less messy than diy. Strainer for Greek yogurt is really nice . A good buy at a good price!

this is only a basic yogurt maker. There is no temperature control or sieve as described. similar models are available on Amazon at half the price. Felt cheated.

I use this a lot. For just myself, it is the perfect size - lightweight. It is time consuming but very easy to use. Preparation time is less than 5 minutes. Makes about 3 or 4 servings. I eat a lot of yogurt so this helps me a lot. I make yogurt once or twice a week.

OMG!! So easy to use. Before I was using instant pot to make my yogurt. Now with this Little yogurt maker, it’s takes up less counter space, and I make small batch at a time.

It seems fine however for what I was trying to make a temperature control was necessary.
