I know that several reviews stated that this large cutter vibrated badly. I did not experience this. I ran it with a 3.5 hp router in a cast iron router table at full speed and it did not vibrate. It did sound like a jet engine though so use hearing protection. It cut cleanly however with such a large cutter when making several passes to remove more material, it is hard to maintain a steady 90 degree angle on your stock and you get a wiggle in the cut every time it moves even a little. Maybe doing everything in one cut is the better way to go but I was afraid I get some chip out if i did. Overall, it did want I wanted it to do and was a good value.

Used alot on pine drawer fronts and cabinet doors, stayed sharp so far and it's done alot. Make sure you run it at the correct speed, I slowed it way down on my router.
