This laminate flush trim bit has a 1/2" cutting length and a 1/2" diameter. The overall length is 2-5/16" with a 1/4" shank.

1 Router Bit
Flush trim router bits are of the most utilized router bits in the workshop and are extremely easy to use. Veneers and finishes are trimmed down to match the size and contour of the material it is applied to and cabinet face frames are trimmed to be flush with cabinet end panels and any other flush trimming application. As a general rule, larger diameter flush trim bits produce the smoothest finish but reduce the ability to fit into small spaces. It is best to have a variety of sizes to best suit your application.

Works fine on laminate countertop edging strips. Just make sure your router is set at the proper depth. The bit bearing tends to get gummed up with the edging adhesive but is easily cleaned with a knife.

Product started working great to trim laminate but came loose during use causing damage to the wood where the ball bearing was supposed to rest on and not cut/trim. The screw came off significantly and the ball bearing moved, allowing more movement of the bit towards the area being trimmed cutting more than desired.

Bearing helped great for me, as not so experienced, to keep from burning counter top edge while finishing my counter top. Very please with my counter. Would have add pictures but the app sucks with trying to do that so blame Amazons app for no pictures added to see the before and after images

Worked great for about 3 countertop jobs then went dull quickly, compared to a bosch bit it lasted about a 1/4 of the time

this bit is 100% CRAP, it destroyed a countertop I was edging, the ball bearing is smaller than the blade and it ate to the plastic laminate destroying a lot of work. While it looks like a proper trimming bit its not. stay away from it. it is crap !
